Recovery
Appropriate early intervention is important for optimum recovery and pain relief after soft tissue, muscle, ligament, tendon and bony injuries. Assessing you holistically and understanding body biomechanics as well as your sporting. Leisure and lifestyle requirements is crucial. Meaning we can identify underlying causes and address them along with your injury for lasting results. There are extensive gym facilities and equipment on site to support full rehabilitation that are not offered by many clinics.

Our experience means we can provide treatment tailored to your needs to recover from a wide range of soft tissue and bony injuries. We have close links with medical specialists and because we believe in team-work, we are happy to liaise with whoever already works with you whether that is your club coach, personal trainer, yoga teacher or other mentor. Our aim is that you complete your treatment, ready and able to return to your activities; with a full understanding of your problem and strategies in place to prevent a reoccurrence.
